Why am I being contacted?

If you've been contacted by phone, fax, email, or post mail, it's because a health plan you are networked with has hired BetterDoctor to update their provider directories on a regular basis. They have requested we confirm or update your information. 

Depending on which state you practice in, plans are required to reach out to networked practitioners every few months or twice annually. If they don't hear back from you, they may have to remove your information from their directories.
