Why is my access code not working?

We're so sorry to hear your access code isn't working! This could be due to a few different reasons.


First, double check the date you received the access token. Codes are only viable during the the current reporting period, so if you received an access code at the end of a quarter, it may have expired. Each reporting period is 3 months long and run along the following schedule:

Q1 reporting period - January 1st to March 31st
Q2 reporting period - April 1st to June 30th
Q3 reporting period - July 1st to September 30th
Q4 reporting period - October 1st to December 31st


If you are certain that the code is active, try refreshing your browser and typing it in again.

Still not working? Contact support@betterdoctor.com to receive a new access token. Please send us your old access code, in additional to your practice phone and fax number so we can generate a new code for you.
