Why is my access code not working?

This could be due to a few different reasons.

 

First, double check the date you received the access token. Codes are only viable during the the current reporting period, so if you received a token at the end of a quarter, it may have expired. The reporting periods are 3 months long (January to March, April to June, July to September, and October to December).

 

If you're certain that the code is active, try refreshing your browser and typing it in again.
