I'm having trouble starting the online form.

To start, please visit: www.betterdoctor.com/validate

You will be asked to enter an 8-character alphanumeric access code. You should have received either a call, fax, email or post mail from BetterDoctor with this access code. For example: ABC123D4. Your code is not case sensitive.

After you type in your code, hit 'get started' to enter the online form to complete your provider directory update.

If you do not remember receiving an access code from BetterDoctor, please feel free to email support@betterdoctor.com with your practice phone and fax number. Our support team will be able to see if we have your information in our system.
