What if I have colocation with another provider?
We apologize for any confusion around this issue. Sometimes our outreach system groups multiple doctors at the same location into the same practice. You can let us know by emailing us about the issue and sending us your access token, or you can go ahead and correct it by filling out the online form for just one practice at the location. You can toggle a provider’s status to ‘not at location’ and then mark them as ‘same address, different practice’ and we will know to separate them in the future. Then, follow your update through to completion and hit submit.
