Why is my access code not working?

An access code could not be working due to a few different reasons.

First, double check the date you received the code. Codes can only be used during the current quarter. The quarters are January to March, April to June, July to September, and October to December.

If you are certain that the code is for the current quarter try refreshing your browser and entering it again.
